Co-Op Proposal

As an agent with CRM Group, you have access to co-op funds to help assist with your marketing campaigns and events! If you would like to request funds, please fill out the form below:

Type the name of the company you are partnering with, or if you are hosting this campaign/event by yourself, just type "Self."
*Chad will expect you to "WRITE A FREAKIN' REPORT!!!" on your campaign. Please keep track of how many leads you receive, how many you sold, and all data you can!
